Endation’s first video for “Staab” is a verified success.

It’s not everyday you get to watch yourself die…twice, but yesterday I had the pleasure of doing just that. In late July I was lucky enough to help Endation with their first music video, and as I wrote then, it was an excellent experience. The video’s for “Staab”, the opening track off their debut album The Absence of Everything, and it’s a haunting take that perfectly encapsulates the urgency of the track.

“Staab”¬†premiered yesterday over at Vanyaland and was directed by the talented Michael J. Epstein and produced by Sophia Cacciola, and features local dancer Leah Principe as the ghoulish specter. Endation play this Friday at Industry Lab in Cambridge along with Harris Hawk, Royal Wedding, and New Highway Hymnal.
